Karisa is very knowledgeable and is forthcoming in explaining where she detects specific problems which she then addresses. I have herniated and bulged discs in my neck and she has managed to keep my neck moving for over 5 years. When there is another problem area she seamlessly reorganizes her plan to accommodate it.

This Hand & Stone has a great staff from receptionists to therapists. Every appointment has been to my expectation. You truly feel valued as a guest.

The therapist I saw was amazing. I have been trying to find a good one there. I wish I would have found her sooner

I enjoy both my massage and facials at Hand and Stone. With facials, I am always impressed with the level of care that is given to address the needs of my specific skin and I always get tips for at home care. With massages, the areas that I specify are always well cared for and I leave feeling very relaxed.

I told Bobby, the massage therapist, that I was experiencing discomfort in my left hip area and she worked on the area and the pain vanished. Can't beat that.

Therapist used excellent technique. She was knowledgeable on physiology. She provided excellent advise for exercises to do after the treatment for continued relaxation. She was friendly and engaging.
