I feel welcome at this Hand and Stone location. The massage therapist is very knowledgable and friendly. Appointments are easy to book or change.

When first entering Hand and Stone, I noticed how relaxed the environment was. All receptionist were talking in low calming voices to assure the respect of peace for everyone. My massage therapist was AMAZING! Her name is Bobbi, she is a angel sent from above! She knew all the spots that needed to be worked on without me asking her. She kept me so relaxed that I fell asleep. When I go back, I will only be asking for her.

I had forgotten my password and when i requested a change of password email, I never received it and had to call to make appointment

I have seen Jenny in the past and always enjoy my facials with her. She is very professional, well skilled and knowledgeable of the Dermalogica skin care line. She remembers my skin from the time previously and has excellent recommendations for our time together. Yesterday was the first time with my massage specialist. She was very kind and wanted to do her best.
