Kandy is phenomenal! She is the sole reason I signed up for a membership. I am always welcomed by your front office team by my name and with a smile.

Upon entering hand and stone you feel very welcome in a warm reception area and the reception support team are very professional and kind. My massage therapist is highly talented and I have seen her for a long period of time and I'll always feel like a new person after I leave. I have been a member for a long time and will continue to let other know about hand and stone.

The friendliness and ambiance of the location and staff is key. I left feeling a lot better with more mobility and less pain. I felt my massage therapist and I have great communication in regards to the areas I need work and what I am comfortable with.

The massage therapist listened very well to my instructions on where and what pressure to use. She made sure I was getting the pressure I desired. Very friendly and I would recommend here to my friends.

I’ve was very pleased with my massage therapist, Bobbie. She asked what areas I needed to focus on and did a wonderful job relieving the pain in those areas. I like the detailed massage she gives and pressure point work.
