Hand and Stone

First-time Heime was my therapist. He was awesome and I definitely will request him again. He really focused on my trouble spots and was excellent in explaining why they hurt and used just the right technique and pressure and took into consideration my requests. He is really thorough and I will definitely request him again.

You are always able to get me in same day, the reception staff is very nice and Beverly, My massage therapist, was the best!

I've been a member of hand and stone for a number of years. Jewels is excellent. I'm happy she returned. Always professional. I've tried one or two others - and was not happy. On the other hand, I seem to find a good massage therapist (for me) and they don't seem to be there more than a few times for future appointments. I had an appointment scheduled with Denise for last week and she is gone already.

the staff and therapists are very nice and helpful, I have been impressed with the services I have received and I also appreciate the receptionist keeps me informed about upcoming specials and deals so I can get more for my experience. For example the Christmas special.

Always friendly staff, peaceful atmosphere, knowledge on specific needs and very clean environment. The only minor issue was my last visit. The girl at the reception desk was picking her numerous scabs on her arms and face when I waited. It did gross me out and I did not want to touch the pen she was handing me after. Transfer of disease through blood is highly likely in that situation. Not what I would expect from this place.
