The massage therapist was very knowledgeable and expressed concern for my issue. You gave recommendations to relieve pain, what she thought the cause may be and stated she would speak to other therapists for ideas to help on my next visit.

Anne Marie is a skilled massage therapist, very friendly and helpful. Her work is always consistent. I always feel much better after my appointments with her.

So the front desk staff was very busy with a full lobby of customers, but each of them was quick and efficient, quick to get to the next customer in line. I was not able to see my regular esthician (sorry if my spelling is off), but Joanne was just a great as my regular (Jen) and she was informative and relaxing. As for my massage I couldn’t have been happier. All around the locations and service was top notch.

I have never been disappointed with the service at Hand and Stone. Mia is outstanding. The atmosphere and ambiance is so welcoming and relaxing. The staff is very caring, but I do wish some of them would smile more.

Massage therapist was friendly and asked appropriate questions. I felt comfortable during the massage and good afterwards.

I have always experienced exceptional service at Hand and Stone. I never bother to request a specific therapist as every treatment I have had has been excellent.
