The staff from reception to my massage therapist have been nothing but kind and helpful. The reception area as well as massage room have a wonderful calming ambience. I would like to know more each visit about my points balance and how many I redeemed that day.

James does a great job in making sure I’m comfortable and working on the areas of need I have. I feel great coming out and ready to come back for more. Highly recommend him and this experience.

The staff at the front desk were friendly ,informative, and very helpful. The Niki is A#1. She knows her clients and treats their individual needs. Niki and Danielle are the two therapists that I trust with my massage in light of my comp0lex medical situations. They are both very attentive to my personal needs and want to make sure that my expectations have been met. Always a very positive experience and good pain relief.

Leigh is amazing. My insurance covers massages at other locations either fully, or for the cost of a copay. However, I continue coming to Hand & Stone because I am very happy with Leigh as my massage therapist and look forward to my massages with her every month.

Everyone in the receptionist area, all the masseuses, and the estheticians are super nice and attentive. I feel so relaxed when I go there. Every room and reception area is super clean. My favorite masseuse is Susie. She is excellent! I love going there. Thank you.
