When walking in the receptionist made we feel welcome. The waiting area was very comfortable. I got there early was taken on time. Liz the girl that gave me the facial was extremely nice and the facial was wonderful. I will be returning in the future. I actually purchased the lifetime plan so will be going on a monthly basis.

Promptness of appointment.. friendliness of staff. I dropped a necklace and was promptly called to be informed it was found.
