The front desk girls were extremely helpful and friendly. Nikki the therapist was very good at paying attention to what I liked. Nikki gives excellent massages.

My massage therapist made sure to ask about issues that I was having and made sure that the pressure she was using was appropriate. In the years that I have had my membership I have always gotten excellent massages.

The staff is always very cordial and knowledgeable of the products and Miss Moya is excellent

Also, must add, the new franchise owner (Levittown, NY) is doing an outstanding job, including hands on involvement at the front desk, which may have had issues in the past largely due to staff retention issues. Keep it up!

Good allocation of time spent on each part of the body.

Everyone is friendly when you enter the spa which makes me feel comfortable. The facial and service I received was amazing. Alizabeth spent the time with me, addressing everything and my skin felt and looked great.

My esthetician was very attentive to my skin concerns. She made me feel comfortable and very relaxed. I had a wonderful experience at Hand and Stone. It is two days after my facial and my skin is glowing!
