The reception area chairs are too soft - you sink Into them - not comfortable

I have at least one appointment a month and have always been very satisfied with both the reception staff and Nikki Tung, the massage therapist I go to. Nikki knows my always needed spots and always asks if anything new is bothering me. I now try to book a 2 hour massage because I feel so much better when we’re done, which is not easy for someone who is approaching 82 quickly.

The Hand and Stone I went to in Levittown NY was very clean and organized. As soon as you walked in you were greeted by a friendly staff. They kept their word on the appointment time. The massage therapist, Joe was very good he told me everything he was doing and used. Even gave me ideas on things to do to help my neck and shoulders. Felt great after I left.
