I appreciated the friendliness of all staff, as well as the check-ins with the massage therapists (asking if pressure was OK, doing alright, etc). I left feeling so relaxed physically and mentally.

The facility was warm and welcoming. The reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The therapist was friendly and very good at what she was doing.

Receptionist was knowledgeable and very sweet. Carolina my massage therapist is amazing!! The only thing I don’t like about this hand and stone that does not happen at others is that you have to tell them before hand if you have a gift card. Find it ridiculous really. That is all you see on the reviews about this hand and stone. I think you need to change that because it almost turned me away. Thank you

I was highly satisfied with my experience from the moment I walked in and was greeted. The receptionists were welcoming. The masseuse and esthetician were friendly and thorough.

Sean was awesome, he listened to my needs and concerns. I felt so much better when I left . Sean was very professional, if and when I m able to come back, I would request Sean.

The staff is always friendly. They try and schedule someone that had provided service to me before. The staff remembers me. They are always punctual.
