Cynthia, the receptionist is considerate and helpful. I think that Barbara, the therapist is somewhat unorthodox in her approach but overall I think it is effective. The through-put in the facility is effective.

Elizabeth was my Massage Therapist. This was my first massage EVER! I can honestly say that you won’t get a better massage. With the correct pressure Elizabeth knew exactly the right areas to work on. I am impressed by the professional and attentive care she provided. She was very knowledgeable and skillful. She was very friendly and explained the benefits of a massage. Not only did I come away more relaxed, but also more informed and made at ease to receive future massages. Needless to say I would highly recommend Elizabeth.

I love Hand and stone! I love being able to go monthly! I’d like to see an easier way to use points explained. Seems to change with whomever is the receptionist. Easy guidelines for customers would be nice. Maybe that is available but I don’t know about them. I’ve been a member for many, many years. I also think rewards for being long time members would be beneficial.
