The only problem I had was that the client before me took a lot of time. Technician explained that client was not a native English speaker and, therefore, took more time to convey her needs.

The receptionist’s are extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Barbara listens and gives a very good massage which is very relaxing. A clean and relaxing atmosphere!

Hand and stone is always so accommodating. I was also scheduled for a massage but my therapist was out of town. They tried to call in a therapist to for me, and kept me in the loop. Although no one was able to come in, I appreciate their effort and still enjoyed my facial!

My massage therapist was Barbara. She was extremely knowledgeable and worked on the areas that I specified. I have chronic pain and whenever I have a massage with her I feel much better.

I had received a gift card that was to expire 12/22. I spoke to Christine and explained that I was going to book a facial the first week in Jan. 2023 and she waived the expiration date. In so doing, I purchased one of your Clarity items, as well as, upgraded my facial. The experience was lovely. Ashley, the Aesthetician, was knowledgeable when I asked her questions and provided solutions to my skin type by recommending the Clarity product. Both employees are assets to your company.
