Environment is calming

My husband gave me the Hand and Stone membership for a christmas gift about 5 years ago and it has been my favorite gift ever!! I try to at least have a massage once a month!! and after my massage I feel absolutely great!!

I'm always comfortable. Come out feeling better than I went in. My therapist always known what they are doing. I'm always satisfied.

Ease of scheduling a same day appt. Receptionist was friendly and very thorough in explaining everything. Esthetician was knowledgeable and made my experience a good one.

Grace- who gave me my massage - was excellent. Expert and quiet. The room was the right temperature with relaxing music.

The therapist was really professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing. No complaints

I had ease in making an appt., the staffs are friendly and accommodating. Service options are getting better but hoping that members get discount on the available upgrade services.

Courteous staff, relaxing massage, knowledgeable, experienced massage therapist.

Grace was an amazing professional masseuse. I will definitely be back! She did a wonderful job.
