The reception staff is always very nice. My facial was excellent and I really enjoyed it. The staff always stay within their appointment times.

Professional, cordial and therapeutic services

I love Hand and stone! I love being able to go monthly! I’d like to see an easier way to use points explained. Seems to change with whomever is the receptionist. Easy guidelines for customers would be nice. Maybe that is available but I don’t know about them. I’ve been a member for many, many years. I also think rewards for being long time members would be beneficial.

My husband gave me the Hand and Stone membership for a christmas gift about 5 years ago and it has been my favorite gift ever!! I try to at least have a massage once a month!! and after my massage I feel absolutely great!!

I'm always comfortable. Come out feeling better than I went in. My therapist always known what they are doing. I'm always satisfied.

Ease of scheduling a same day appt. Receptionist was friendly and very thorough in explaining everything. Esthetician was knowledgeable and made my experience a good one.

Grace- who gave me my massage - was excellent. Expert and quiet. The room was the right temperature with relaxing music.

The therapist was really professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing. No complaints
