The receptionist that answered the phone called me to say they found someone to provide a massage in late afternoon, originally they were booked up. This is quality service to solve a problem! The massage therapist, Sally, was knowledgeable and focused on my shoulder problems and recommended some after care. I purchased product after for sore muscles. Absolutely, helpful receptionist and pleasant zen like setting.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing and very soothing. It helped me to relax which was the purpose of my visit.

I am not a fan of new policy if u want to gift one of your massages that now u have to tell the person to say your name we should be able to give gift card and make it easy on person u give it too. I have turned on two of not more people by giving them one of my massages in the past.

The time and care to specific problem areas were addressed perfectly by my massage therapist. This is my 2nd appointment with Bobbie and it was outstanding. I've already booked my 3rd appointment with Bobbie and look forward to returning to this location of Hand and Stone.
