My massage therapist was amazing! He listened to me about the areas i had concerns with and spent time working on them. He checked on me throughout the massage to make sure i was comfortable & relaxed.

The H&S business I frequent is staffed by exceptional professionals from the receptionist to the therapist. The overall presentation of the business from the front door to the therapy rooms are very well maintained each time I visit. Holiday decorations add to the welcoming and relaxing experience. My therapist is very good at communicating problem areas; i.e. back muscle knots, tightness, etc. The ambiance of the therapy rooms; lighting/background music adds to the healing experience.

The receptionist’s are always very helpful and friendly. Barbara is excellent and helps relieve the pain and muscle strain and works on the areas I requested. Everything is clean and comfortable.

The therapist is exceptional. Excellent in every aspect. I will continue to recommend Franklin, every chance that I get and I hope to continue with him, when I resume my membership.
