Liv is very good, knows her stuff! She is very thorough, asks if I’m comfortable, explains what my skin needs. Very pleasant to work with!

To walk in the door and be offered warm neck roll and some water to hear the water fall on the wall you start relaxing right then!

The way the receptionist handled the fact that my apt for a massage was not on the books. I had called the day before and talked with a new employee to book my apt for a massage and wax. My wax apt. was there but not the massage. They were so nice and apologetic. Everyone is new at one time or another.

Even just a couple of days after I can see such a great improvement in my skin since seeing Monica again, she really is so knowledgeable about what to do. I always have a great and relaxing time.

Always served with a smile and everyone is always polite and greet you with care. I have a membership and always have awesome massage’s. Had a facial once and was not happy with it at hand and stone. I prefer to go to an Aesthetician for my facials.
