Love Holly, she is an excellent therapist and she is the main reason I continue my membership. I feel she pays excellent attention to my problem ares and I always leave far better than when I came in. Front desk associate was excellent this time as well. Just one request, please get rid of the ticking clocks in the rooms, they are annoying!

The receptionist at the Hand and Stone in TownCenter, Jacksonville 2-28-18 10:40am was extremely nice, knowledgable and welcoming. My massage therapist, Nicholas, is fantastic. I came in feeling terrible, and he helped my muscles relax. My tension headaches are going away, and my stress levels have come down since my pain is better.

I always have a pleasant experience at this location. From the moment I walk through the door and then when I'm paying to leave. Everyone is so polite and nice.
