Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and welcoming. They explained everything to me upfront and made sure I was comfortable. Nd pleased with my appointment needs. Ashanti was excellent and explained everything in detail as she went from step to step and made sure I was informed and was getting the amount of service that I expected. I was totally pleased with everyone I dealt with and will be backcourt soon.

Highly satisfied due to Collette, she is absolutely amazing. I am unsure if I would continue my facials if she was not my esthetician. I trust her and feel very confident with her knowledge and abilities. Please do whatever it takes to keep her!

The normal price is too high for me. But I really enjoyed the facial and might do it for really special events in the future.

I have been a member of Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa at the Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida for about a year, and I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, and the competence of the massage therapists. Compared to other massage venues I have visited, this is by far superior.

So I have a regular lady that does my facial appointments but I was unable to make it on a weekend so I came on a Monday and the lady that did my facial was amazing and I loved the face massage she gave.

The staff was very friendly. They were well educated on the services they provided. I will definitely be returning.
