Hand and Stone

Went in for a facial yesterday because I was having a bad day. Ashanti was the therapist I had and she catered to all a facials needs. I give the experience a 10+.

Jean is outstanding and really listens to my concerns. She has helped me with neck pain. Thank you, Jean!

My skin was dry. My esthetician used products to hydrate my face. I was so pleased with the results. My skin looks and feels great!

This was the best massage I’ve ever received. My massage therapist, Dennis, was absolutely excellent. He was extremely nice and made sure I was comfortable at all times. His techniques are bar far the best I’ve ever received as well!

The lady who massage me was very friendly and made sure that since I’m a minor that I was comfortable the entire time and that was nice.

Hand and Stone provided great service. I loved it the moment I stepped in. My only feedback would be that instructions be provided on what will transpire or steps that will be done. i.e. how much should you undress. This would be helpful if it is a clients first time.

I have been to both the H&S location on Atlantic in Jacksonville and now the H&S in St John's Town Center. I believe the receptionist's at this location are very helpful and nicer then I have experienced in the past. My therapist, Nick, did a great job on the massage. He was very kind and it was the best massage that I have had since my old therapist Destiny left the Atlantic location. Thanks H&S St John's Town Center!!
