Hand and Stone

My original appointment was scheduled for the morning. My therapist was out that day and they were still able to fit me in in the afternoon. I really enjoyed the new therapist.

I felt welcome and comfortable. I still had the same pain I went in for but will go back to address it more.

Nicholas and Shelby were so welcoming and knowledgeable. This was my first visit and they made everything feel very easy and natural. Aside from the exceptional service, both of them were incredibly nice, sweet people.

I always feel welcome. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I am always treated to a bottled water and asked if I would like an added service.

To be honest, I have been a member for a couple of years. I had one massage therapist, Juan, at the St Johns Town Center location I liked a lot. Not sure why he left a few months ago, but I had tried several others since and although they were "ok", they were nothing like Juan. I was totally ready to stop my membership after one last visit, but I had Jean this time which I had not had her previously. She listened to me and did exactly what I was looking for. I told her when finished she was the best therapist I had since Juan had left. I will continue my membership as long as I can have Jean in the future.

I am highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experiences because it is a good value to be able to get an 80 min massage for about $80. It costs much more elsewhere. The therapist I had took my concerns I voiced very seriously and worked the ares that I requested quite assiduously.

Almost canceled my membership when my favorite therapist left. After trying several others, I finally found Holli. She is a perfect fit and is the reason I will continue to come back.

Daryl was amazing! He listened to my concerns and addressed my shoulder issue. I also loved the hot towel and cold stone face massage. The receptionist's are always helpful and friendly.
