I love how clean it is and staffing is nice. The last massage therapist did an ok job. I like Erica but I heard she's leaving soon so now I have to find a perfect massage therapist again.

Shelby was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be back!

Collette was very knowledgeable. The staff at the location I went to were awesome. I had a very positive experience.

All staff members from check in to the therapist were wonderful. Therapist listened to me and the areas I wanted worked in the most. During the session he made sure I was comfortable and the pressure he was applying was ok.

I Brought a Friend with Me who was advised by Her Doctor to"treat" Herself with a massage. She was very Happy with Her experience at the St.John's Town Center location. My Friend joined Hand & Stone and We booked an appointment for next month. Our receptionist up front was Great also. She explained the membership to my friend but i didn't get Her name. I was Very Happy with Anthony, who was Very Professional and cordial.
