Brandon consistently delivers exceptional customer service. Ti(I hope I spelled her name correctly) she massages my friend Rochelle and her mom Ruby. Both are amazing!!

Clean and friendly atmosphere. The massage therapist listened to what was bothering me and used care and attention to the specific area. When the session was over, all the pain and pressure in my neck and shoulders were gone. I felt like me again. I became a member so I am coming back!

I book my sessions on a monthly basis and usually use therapist Jean, whom I am very satisfied with.

I love the ambience of the waiting area and massage room. My masseuse really listens and executes specific needs. The staff is always professional and friendly.

My anesthetician Robyn is wonderful. I've only ever gone to her and will continue to do so as long as she's there. I appreciate that she makes suggestions on the direction of my facials and what steps I should be taking at home and what we should be doing while I'm there. She suggested the diamond glow this last time and I could really see a big difference. Love her!

I am always greeted with a smile and by name. My skin looks wonderful and it is very relaxing. If I have any skin issues they are addressed.

Therapist asked questions, good technique and pressure. It is too hot with requiring both sheets and blankets though, even with the fan. Most places I’ve been too allow coverage with a sheet, and don’t require the blanket too. I’m adequately covered with that. That’s the only thing that may make me change my membership. Getting swesty/clammy is not comfortable for me, and I can’t imagine it’s pleasant for the therapist either.

I love my therapist. He is excellent. Sometimes when I arrive my back is so tight I can’t turn it and when I leave I have free range of motion. Priceless!

My esti was very knowledgeable and catered her recommendations to my specific skin concerns. She didn’t pressure me to buy products I don’t need and gave me tips to keep my skin clear.

Enjoyed my massage and I was client if the day! This time around my service has been better. I left due to poor customer service and lack of concern. I feel better since coming back!
