The chicken in process over the phone was excellent. I was able to do some things online. I was well received upon arrival only had to wait just a few short minutes. The therapist was very knowledgeable and very good at what she does.

Brianna is amazing! She effectively communicated with me to provide a wonderful and therapeutic experience! She is kind, compassionate and an amazing masseuse! I felt so much better when I left!

I had been told previously that I had 3 packages and a gift card left on my account to use. I had terminated my account in Jacksonville because I moved to Savannah where there is no Hand and Stone. During the call when I terminated my account, I was told how many services I had left and which had expiration dates. Therefore, I planned accordingly for using the packages that I had left. At the end of my services, which were a 90 minute massage and a facial, I was greeted at the counter with the price tag of $400! I said I’d been told I had services left that had been prepaid, the person said I had none. Then she looked in the account again and found some gift cards I had purchased and applied them to my balance. This brought it down to $200! Ugh, and I still wanted to tip because it wasn’t the massage therapist’s or aesthetician’s fault that an error was made by the desk staff at the spa. So, I’m out $260. I would NOT have planned those services if I’d known I did not have the credits in my account. I’d made a special trip back in town to use up my remaining services. So, I am very displeased at this expensive miscommunication, and that the front desk staff were not willing to work with me even though I had been misinformed by another of the spa staff.

I’ve been a member for almost 7 months now .. they never disappoint me!! The staff is soo personable, professional & the best!! Especially Jamie one of the managers.. I’m always referring everyone for memberships!!

I had the best experience at my appointment. From the greeting I received with the friendly receptionist to my appointment with Melany. It was the best 90 minute massage I have ever received. I have told numerous people about it. thanks you again Melany I will definitely see you soon.

Massage therapist gave great pressure and decreased my pain. I felt less stressed when I left. Therapist is friendly but also does not talk through whole appointment. she is great!

My therapist, Jillian, was absolutely the best I have ever had. She knows exactly the right amount of pressure. She asks questions and adjusts the massage to suit my needs. Jill was a professional but warm and kind. I am so appreciative of my wonderful massage.

I enjoy getting my monthly services. The staff is great and is quick to fix any problems.
