Ive never had a bad experience at H&S. Not with the front desk or my therapist Jan Carlos. My massages are professional and help with my neck, shoulder issues.

The receptionist was welcoming and attentive as soon as I entered the door. As she checked me in, she also offered me both regular water or coconut water. Love that there’s a different option! My massage therapist, Jean is always wonderful! Never fails to ask me of my needs before starting the massage. Always makes sure I’m comfortable. Always targets my needed specific areas and pains. Always applies the right amount of pressure. And always offers a towel and water at the end of the session.

My overall experience was excellent, from the friendliness at check in to the expert knowledge and care of my masseur, Joel. I will definitely return. Thank you.

Massage by Jillian was awesome. I left cash tip in envelope. About an hour after my appointment I received email of receipt with $20.00 tip charged to my credit card on file. They did not have my permission. I went back. The woman who checked me in wasn’t there. Other woman pulled up my account and said that was charged when I checked in to use my membership credit. She refunded the $20 to my credit card. I’m glad I checked the email. Normally I would assume everything was correct. Please make sure this isn’t a new policy to auto bill tips.

I was highly satisfied because the staff is very friendly. My therapist is always friendly and easy to talk too. I am always asked what areas are bothering the most and my therapist works wonders to relieve my pain. I am very thankful for my therapist.
