Receptionist was very knowledgeable and professional. She answered all of my questions. My massage therapist was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked on my well-being several times during the massage.

Maria was my massage therapist and she was amazing! She did the perfect amount of pressure to allow me to have a relaxing massage. My facial was performed by Mirandi and she was also amazing? This was my first facial and she took the time to explain, answer my questions and was knowledgeable. They both were great, between the two of them I was completely relaxed when I left my appointment.

Cody was exceptional! He listened to my concerns and took his time to make sure my needs were met. He exceeded my expectations and will return for his services.

I keep coming back to this location because of the staff and availability to work in an appointment with my work schedule.

Jill is an awesome therapist and always friendly, and leaves me feeling relaxed and healthy. The entire staff from check-in to check-out is great!

I adore this branch of Hand and Stone. They are friendly and welcoming! My massage therapist, Brianna, is truly the best massage therapist I have ever had. She is AMAZING at targeting my problem muscles and always has a smile. She is the best!!!!!

I was highly satisfied but it is unlikely I will return in the next 90 days mainly because I was on vacation in Jacksonville from out of town. I do not plan to return to Jacksonville in the next 90 days. However, the next time I am in Jacksonville, I will plan on visiting Hand and Stone.
