The area was nice and clean. The facialist seemed to know a lot about skin and how to help recover mine. I was recommended upgrades that helped my skin a lot.

My massage therapist was friendly and did a good job. She focused on the muscle areas I mentioned and helped me feel comfortable.

Called Hand and stone at Town Center to see if they had availability for a couple's massage for the weekend. Unfortunately, they were fully booked for the weekend however the receptionist mentioned some availability that same night within the next couple hours. This happened to align with our schedule and they were able to fit us in and get us booked instantly. We enjoyed our first experience there so much that we even signed up for a membership! Highly recommended, and we plan to come back soon to take advantage of the other services offered at the spa.

Melanie made me feel very comfortable and she addressed the areas I had severe pain in. I probably needed a two hour massage for her to be able to break through my stubborn tissues as I am still so badly knotted. Though I still have knots and tension (which has everything to do with my stress and where I carry it), my experience was wonderful. Melanie welcomed me to renew and relax which is what I desperately needed. I enjoy coming to this location and look forward to coming back again soon!
