My massage therapist name is Brunson and he has been the best at what he does. The receptionist are always in high spirits and give the best customer service. After my massage I am always highly satisfied and I am also given ways to stretch and roll out problem areas. This is the first time that I have ever had a membership and I am very happy with the hand and Stone massage and facial spa at St. Johns town Center in Jacksonville Florida. The staff makes me feel like I'm right at home and I feel like a family environment there.

The service that I received was above and beyond although the massage therapists were booked the esthetician exceeded my expectations. Will definitely pay her another visit

This was my second facial and the service was very good. Very knowledgeable and took the time to go over everything she did. She also shared things I could do to continue to keep my skin healthy.

The customer service at the St. John's location is excellent. This was my first facial and it was wonderful. I didn't have any questions. I enjoyed the service I went ahead and signed up for a membership. I look forward to going back.
