My visit to Hand and Stone was my first experience there. I was warmly received. The environment was clean and organized. My facial was enjoyable. All my questions were answered.

Every facial is relaxing and enjoyable. My skin never is red or irritated after the treatment. The exfoliation and extraction is helpful.

Terra is a talented therapist. She works out each area I need. The spa is friendly and inviting.

My therapist knows my body and what hurts and need attention.

The receptionist desk was friendly. My massage therapist greeted me and knew she had worked on my previously even though it had been a while since I was last in. She listened to my problem areas and addressed them.

As soon as I walk into the reception area, the ambiance is calm and relaxing. The reception staff is friendly and efficient. I schedule my appointments with the same massage therapist for all massages; Kiera knows my "trouble" spots but always takes the time to ask me if I have any area(s) that need special attention every visit. I love this place!!
