My therapist, Tanaya was excellent! She applied the perfect pressure throughout the massage. Very professional!

The atmosphere is always pleasant and relaxing. Staff are punctual and very polite. Booking visits is very easy.

Sarah is an amazing therapist and were it not for her treatment I would be cancelling my membership. The prices continue to go up and I drive an hour just to get there. I understood the monthly cost to go up but then in the middle of a pandemic the cost of an additional half hour went up by $20 as well? So now I’m paying $90-100 for an 80 min massage excluding her well earned tip. Again - I was prepared to cancel but her treatments are so effective she is the ONLY reason I stay. I’ve had a membership for YEARS. Upper level management could at least honor longevity of their customers especially those of us driving long distance to get there. Do better on your pricing before you start losing clients. I’m hesitant to even refer anyone at the cost point now. Again - Sarah is wonderful and an amazing asset to the branch. If it weren’t for her I’d be gone.

Will B is excellent as usual. I got extra packages I loved and will try again in the future. The receptionist (female) is always friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to come again!
