Kiera has been my therapist for years. She targets problem areas within moments and works to relieve the problems. She is so professional I could not be more pleased with her.

I’m very pleased with the therapist (Sarah). She was amazing and I could tell a huge difference in how my body felt once she was done. However, I’m VERY disappointed at how often the pricing goes up. It went up 6 months ago for the monthly fee and now to add a half hour it went up $10. Honestly, if it weren’t for Sarah being so effective and efficient I would be canceling my membership. I think it’s unacceptable to spend $100 (plus a deserving tip) on an 80 minute massage with no extras or amenities that warrant the up charge.

I highly needed a massage on a Sunday due to some pain. Hand and Stone were one of the few available places to help in my time of need. Thank you!!

Sarah is so knowledgeable about every part of your body. I was having a lot of lower back pain and she knew exactly what it was and how to fix it! I felt so much better when I left.
