The masseuse took time to ask if I had any specific areas bothering me. She explained what she could do to address them. She described exercises to do at home. She made sure to spend extra time on my trouble areas.

My massage therapist MJ was amazing. The pressure was perfect and I could tell he could feel my problem areas and work that area out. I am pretty picky and he was amazing. He is the reason I will be coming back. My facial was also great. She was knowledgeable and gave me great feed back.

I love going to Hand and Stone . Thus is time I enjoy for myself . The calm peaceful atmosphere and the friendly staff make the experience so wonderful .
