Good customer service. Therapist was very knowledgeable and thorough.

My massage therapist, Kiera, took time at the beginning of the appointment to learn if I was having any issues/areas for her to concentrate on; she then actually worked on the areas I had indicated. She also had some recommendations for future massage without a sales pitch. Kiera has presented herself as a professional and caring therapist during all of my appointments with her.

My facial appointment with my esthetician, Ashley, was fantastic. She always addresses my concerns and suggests add ons and/or products to address those concerns. She is always professional, up beat, and easy to talk to. I've enjoyed my appointments with her and will continue to go to her.
