Technicians are very knowledgeable. No high pressure to buy products. Atmosphere of the therapy rooms are ver inviting.

I was greeted by name when I arrived and was checked in before I could ask for it. Kayla, my masseuse, asked if I was having problems and then addressed them during the massage. On leaving, I was again addressed by name and asked how everything went and if I needed to make another appointment. The people at the Fleming Island Hand & Stone are wonderful.

The experience is very positive from start to finish. The timeliness of the appointment is very important. The friendliness of the staff makes the whole experience more pleasant.

Elliot is attentive and listens. I told him my shoulders were tense, as I sit at a desk for work. He took time and paid attention to that area.

Everyone was so welcoming and the esthetician was very knowledgable and explained as she went along. She offered suggestions to meet my needs for the best program.

I feel better afterwards. All questions have been answered. Everyone is friendly and professional. The staff are very knowledgeable.
