I went with a friend to get a massage and was highly satisfied. I’m willing to do a membership with my spouse. But they declined my request to waive the enrollment fee. I’ll wait for a promotion for a better deal

The facial was very satisfying and my massage was absolutely wonderful. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly.

My therapist is professional,,friendly, ,knowledgeable and helpful. Michiko listened and expertly followed my concerns. She nail the pressure and (without telling her) she knew what areas to Concentrate on My only negative is that if hand and stone advertise an hour massage it should be an hour not 50 minutes

The reception staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They took time to answer my questions, and always make me feel welcome and valued. My esthetician is the BEST! She is very knowledgeable and understands my skin type, and recommends the the right products to keep my skin looking its best.

Technicians are very knowledgeable. No high pressure to buy products. Atmosphere of the therapy rooms are ver inviting.

I was greeted by name when I arrived and was checked in before I could ask for it. Kayla, my masseuse, asked if I was having problems and then addressed them during the massage. On leaving, I was again addressed by name and asked how everything went and if I needed to make another appointment. The people at the Fleming Island Hand & Stone are wonderful.
