Very friendly and helpful receptionists. Michiko does a great job, and cleanliness of area.

I was recommended by a friend to this particular Hand & Stone location and to massage therapist, Kiera. I have found that the location and Kiera, in particular extremely attentive. I have been so impressed that when I went in for my last visit I signed up for a membership. I am thrilled that my friend gave me such a great place for my massage therapy needs!

She asked right away if there were any specific areas she needed to address. She was very friendly and did a good job.

I always love the reception area ambiance (smell, sounds, and demeanor of staff). My massage therapist, Jenna, did an excellent job of listening to what my problem areas were and directing her attention to them. She also gave me some tips to try at home to prevent tightness in my neck!

It's been a lovely 2yrs with them at this location. My therapist is professional and very effective at providing services I look forward to another year.
