Esthetician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Front desk staff was efficient. Quality of products was high.

Great deal for 2 hours. Would have preferred former pressure but only 2 hour time frame available and the receptionist told me the therapist didn’t do really firm pressure beforehand

When I expressed some concerns about how dull my face looked at my previous appointment, Ashley was very helpful in giving me some options and when ask what her recommendation would be, I could totally see improvement from the recommendation she made.

Therapist (Michiko) does amazing work, conveniently located, scheduled appointments have always been on time and she has never canceled an appointment.

I get massages monthly, sometimes 2x a month to help with stress and health. They are important to me. The hand and stone location is close to my house and the therapist is outstanding. So it’s great for me.

The entire experience on 6/2/23 was excellent. I would put my experience at the level of any spa I used previously in NYC where I lived prior to moving to Florida!

The massage therapist was not rushed. Therapist found spots and worked them gently. Focused on areas I asked with care

Twice I had appointments scheduled and when I showed up I was informed that my therapist couldn’t do my appt for some reason. I understand things come up but it is inconsiderate to receive no phone call ahead of time. Then when I tried to rebook the soonest I could get in w that therapist was a month out. There was no offer of a discount or anything for their oversight.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself and was pampered perfectly.
