Joined Hand & Stone because of dissatisfaction with previous provided. Have never regretted the decision. Great massages & facials, super facility and wonderful front desk staff. Thank you and don’t change a thing.

I specifically asked prior to my appointment if a two hour massage was 110 minutes or 100 minutes. They told me 110 minutes it’s five minutes before to get ready in five minutes after to get dressed. We started at 10 after and we finished at 10 minutes till so it was a 20 minute break so only 100 minute massage

Easy check in. Great therapist, very knowledgeable and friendly. Online forms were a bit confusing very unclear that the pregnancy form is not required, they should not appear in a single prompt, cause once your in you can't see that is says (if applicable). Otherwise all great.

The ladies in the reception area were very nice, welcoming me on arrival and treating me with respect. My Massage Therapist, Miss Kayla, is great. She can find and remove the knots in my back and hips with ease. I look forward to my visits to Hand & Stone.
