The massage therapist was fantastic. The facial was great had an error with booking appt and front desk had large wait time. Improvements to front staff recommended. They did try their beat to make it right.

Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. The massage therapist was very attentive and informative and wanted to make sure that any problem areas were taken care of. There is never any pressure to add on services or to spend more money.
