The desk personnel and my massage therapist have excellent people skills. My massage therapist is very knowledgeable in explaining the concerns regarding my back. I was please with the massage that I receive and I already made an appointment next month with Carol Edwards.

For the past couple of years now, it has been very organized and your front staff are on top of things! They are always kind and helpful. Sarah rocks her skills and I have 2 favorite Estheticians. I have been a member now since this location opened. Keep up the great customer service. It is the face of a business!

William is an excellent therapist that did not rush the appointment and did a really good job paying attention to my areas of concern. That said… I’m glad the add on service was free due to your promotion. Charging $15 for a bit of Bio Freeze is not a good strategy. Perhaps consider adding more to that service or reduce the price of the Muscle Relief add on for those who don’t have a free upgrade.
