The receptionist desk was friendly. My massage therapist greeted me and knew she had worked on my previously even though it had been a while since I was last in. She listened to my problem areas and addressed them.

As soon as I walk into the reception area, the ambiance is calm and relaxing. The reception staff is friendly and efficient. I schedule my appointments with the same massage therapist for all massages; Kiera knows my "trouble" spots but always takes the time to ask me if I have any area(s) that need special attention every visit. I love this place!!
