My esthetician, Diva, takes time to discuss my skins needs during each appointment and ensures I fully understand how to continue care at home. My esthetician makes my facials an experience for me. She is the reason I remain a customer. She is amazing! She makes excellent product recommendations as well.

There was a miscommunication on the appointment time. I thought it was 1 and they had me down for 12 for an 80 minute. The front desk and therapist were so accommodating and worked me into still get my 80 minutes. Very happy with the customer service and the friendly attitudes of the staff.

I visited this location while out of town for some much needed R&R Everyone was super friendly, helpful with products on the floor, and made me feel very welcome. Staff at my regular location (Peachtree City, GA) are the same, and are truly The main reason I have continued my membership. Their kindness and helpfulness.....A+ Being out of town, you never know how you will be treated not knowing anyone and not being a regular. Especially with the world in so much turmoil right now. I feel like I could probably visit any location and be just as happy with my experience. Front office staff is an extremely important position as they are the ones that start your customers experience. You have the correct staff in place! They were lovely! I always receive a friendly greeting when I arrive, the therapist is always on time and friendly, the therapist always asks about specific areas needing attention, the therapist always asks about pressure comfort, and I feel completely relaxed at the end of my appointment, EVERY TIME!!

My massage therapist called in sick the morning of my appointment. I received a friendly call telling me and asking if I would like to have my appointment with William he had a opening that morning. I said yes I will take that appointment, I am so glad I did I enjoyed the massage William gave me he has awesome pressure and worked on all of my problems area's. I will continue to book appointment now with William.
