Therapist was late - 1st appt of the day and it had snowed overnight. Not clear why in a couples massage we were both charged an extra $10. Not sure we will do that again.

I was long overdue for a massage. The therapist was kind and the massage was great! Hand and Stone is very convenient and easy to set up an appointment. At first I had trouble making appointment online but was able to call and book it.

I was welcomed to the spa by name making check in and check out easy and personal. Cody did an excellent job. This was my first 2 hour massage and it was wonderful. Think I even nodded off a time or two. Thank you all for a lovely experience!
