The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I feel understood when at H&S. Julie takes the time to listen to me and look at my skin and base my facial off what my skin needs. She also recommends products after my facial which I usually purchase.

I needed a massage. They were not unsure or inadequate in pressure. I felt more relaxed and able to love people and be kind again.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. The building is clean and has a calming ambiance.
