The front desk staff at this Hand & Stone location is great to work with! The girls are friendly and really do what they can to help their returning clients, which is really appreciated. The therapist I see at this location is the best I've worked with in awhile at working out the kinks and knots in my neck and back, and I'm very happy to have found her, which keeps me coming back!

Everything about my service was excellent, informative, and comfortable. My massage appointments however have now been cancelled on short notice more than once. If the business reserves the right to do this with no rescheduling urgency then charging a fee to the customer for late cancellation isn’t accceptable.

She answered my questions regarding skin types and products used. The experience felt good. Saw immediate improvements.

Missy is the best. She knows my likes and dislikes and seems to know where I need some extra work. Whether it be shoulders or calves. I do not like talking during my massage; when we do talk she is very friendly. My only complaint is her lack of availability.
