The spa was very clean and everyone was quite friendly. The experience was very relaxing and the esthetician was knowledgeable and explained what she was doing along the way which I appreciated. I also thought the products used were great and my skin was definitely feeling refreshed and healthier afterwards.

Excellent therapist- reception staff was friendly. Everything was on time.

I have been going to Hand and Stone for 2-3 years now and have mostly used Laura. She is always friendly and does an excellent job overall.

Great facial, my skin felt very hydrated and soft

I received a call the morning of my couples massage saying my therapist had to go home due to a cut on her hand. Rachel worked very hard to fit me in later that day and then called me back to let me know of a cancelation and got me in at the same time that I was supposed to have my appointment. It all worked out and she waived the ten dollar transfer fee for my hubby because of the craziness. And, my massage therapist, Leah, was amazing and is now my favorite!

The receptionist was very friendly. My esthetician was very nice and listened well to what my skin needs were.

Everyone is very friendly. It's conveniently located. I enjoy it.

Teresa, was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The front desk was warm and the checking in was quick. This location is my favorite.

Everyone for my appointment was wonderful. The main organizational scheduling was not efficient, although this was not on the individual spa. I never received any confirmation on my appointment.
