The staff and cleanliness is always great at this location (I haven't been to a different location) I can normally always get an appointment when I need one. I was a little surprised that the "hour" massage last night was only about 45 mins. I received the text at 7 telling me my provider was ready, came in and completed the check in, went to the room to chat with him. He left while I prepared, when he came back in he forgot his oil so he had to leave and find it. Once the service was provided and I changed back, I came out of the room and did not see him. I completed my check out and gratuity and still never saw my massage therapist. First time this has ever happened to me.

The massage therapist was awesome because; He listened to my issues. He was able to adjust the amount of pressure applied to my neck and back. I had marked improvement in my mobility, pain and sleep 😴 .

For my first facial, it was an amazing experience.

Happy with all staff. Location is a problem due to we’re I live. When in town usually no appointments available.

Lisa is always friendly and makes me feel cared for. The room is relaxing and table is nice and warm. The products used are high quality.
