How nice the people was from start to finish, how clean the waiting area was. Everyone was on time for the appointment. So I will be back for an appointment soon.

The price was good for the service I want. My Esthetician was very good and I am very satisfied with my service.

I have been seeing my therapist for many years . We both left another massage provider . My therapist leilani Klein has been a real blessing as I live in constant disabling pain from injury. She has tailored massage to help me deal with the pain. I must say that coming to Hands & Stone has been a much better experience than my previous group. The receptionists are more knowledgeable, friendly & much more capable at scheduling . Just a vastly superior experience !

Stephen is always very flexible with a time I can schedule. He is also quite knowledgeable with new techniques. (cupping therapy) I look forward to my monthly appointment and know I will walk out feeling great.

I appreciate that the staff is always friendly and attentive. It's great to walk in and have the receptionist know who you are and tell you immediately that your all checked in and ready to go. Excellent massage therapists at my local spa. I recommend them all the time.

I had been sick for about a week; the therapist was able to get my back to relax. I left feeling much better than when I came in.
