You just sent an email that you have closed down my location and I now need to go to Alameda… that drive will undo any benefits. The staff at San Rafael are amazing. They are all out of a job?!!! I am so sad

Everybody is friendly & attentive. Louis is a excellent massage therapist. As long as he remains at this location i will continue my membership.

Hand and stone does a great job of balancing a very enjoyable experience with keeping everything cost friendly. Everyone makes it very easy to come in, relax, get a massage, book a next appointment, etc. Over the few years I’ve been a member cancelations and rescheduling is rarely needed and when it comes up it’s very easy to deal with. Great massage therapists, Olivia is the best!
