I put this review on Yelp - this is copy and pasted - My friend and I came here for a last minute spa stay-cation and we both had a really good experience. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful both on the phone setting up the appointments and in person when we arrived. The facility was clean and quiet and parking was easy. My facial with Bethanny was top notch. She was knowledgeable and skilled and I liked her personality too. She gave me advice on products without being a hard sell. I enjoyed the aromatherapy face and neck massage too. My friend got a deep tissue massage and thought the experience was great--and the practitioner did a great job to release the excessive stress tension held in her neck and shoulders. If we lived closer I'm sure we would be regulars. Thanks everyone!

I truly enjoy treating myself monthly to a service. It has always been a wonderful experience starting at the front desk. I appreciate the ability to get the products that are used on me during the facial right at the location and even possibly use points that I've earned. It's my special time and Hand & Stone makes it thoroughly enjoyable.

The front desk people are very friendly and welcoming. My facial was EXCELLENT! My skin was noticeably softer, and felt great afterward. The person who did my facial was great. Enjoyable experience. I booked a followup facial for next month.

The reception area is clean and the staff friendly. Katie, my massage therapist, was highly recommended and she did not disappoint. Her pressure was just right for me and she regularly checked in with me on the intensity of her touch. Katie advised me to do more stretching before and after my workouts due to the tightness in my body. I was very satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone and booked my next massage appointment with Katie before leaving.
