Massage. Gabriella is skilled, knowledgable and provides high-quality service. Facial. The time limit is insufficient for steam. I buy fewer upgrades, because rushed facials undermine effectiveness of components, especially steam. Other spas offer facials 80 minutes and longer, and I willingly pay for more service. If H&S offer longer massages, perhaps it could offer longer facials.

I love my monthly massage and use it for general health "maintainance."

Excellent waxing appointment. She was professional, friendly, and took her time. This was the first time I have ever had a Brazilian wax here and the first time using hard wax.

Monica did my facial. She was awesome! She was very knowledgeable on products, what treatments were best and every recommended aftercare. She made me feel welcomed from the moment she greeted me in the reception area. She checked on me throughout the service to make sure pressure was OK and that products she was using on my skin felt fine. I will be back to see her and recommend her to anyone and everyone!
