Unfortunately, the receptionist was delayed in traffic, a situation that was beyond her control, and she arrived 15 minutes into my appointment time (I was the first client of the day). She was extremely apologetic and and gave me a $50 upgrade to add to my service. Since I was not in a hurry that morning, I was pleased with her kindness.
